About WTI In September 2001, Wagner Training Institute was created to combine all types of training under one roof. This “One-Stop” training store provides technical training (service training), computer training, staff development and management development training to our internal employees, to Wagner Equipment Co. customers and to local businesses that can use our services. WTI offers our heavy equipment customers hands-on experience with Caterpillar® engines and equipment, including compact construction equipment and the latest technology products. Participants are given the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and proficiency through both written and performance assessments during training. |
