WTI - About Us In September 2001, Wagner Training Institute was created to combine all types of training under one roof. This “One-Stop” training store provides technical training (service training), computer training, staff development and management development training to our internal employees, to Wagner Equipment Co. customers and to local businesses that can use our services. WTI offers our heavy equipment customers hands-on experience with Caterpillar® engines and equipment, including compact construction equipment and the latest technology products. Participants are given the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and proficiency through both written and performance assessments during training. We are also proud to offer customers from all industries expert computer, staff development and management development training. Our Microsoft Certified computer instructor provides classes on a wide variety of applications at all levels. We also have DDI certified instructors to provide you with excellent staff development classes – everything from stress management to conflict resolution. Wagner Training Institute has a talented and highly-motivated staff. Personnel includes: a Department Manager, a Service Training Supervisor, a Program Development Specialist/Lead, eleven Service Training Instructors, a Computer Instructor, a Staff Development Specialist, a Professional Development Specialist and a Training Assistant. With over 370 combined years of industry experience, our trainers are prepared to handle all training requests.
