RENTER IS
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
-
Any damage to rented unit.
-
Tire damage or excessive wear. (Tire wear will be charged on
off-highway trucks, 980G and larger wheel loaders, and 623E and larger scrapers.)

Replacing teeth and cutting edges as needed.
-
Changing all lubricants and fluids at required intervals.
-
Daily inspection of unit for damage, leaks, etc.
-
Checking and maintaining all fluid levels daily.
-
Servicing and changing all lubricants and fluids at required
intervals (Note: filters, oil and labor are at renter's expense).
-
Lubricating required areas daily.
-
Having proof of insurance (general liability insurance of
$1,000,000)
-
Returning unit in reasonably clean condition. Minimum cleaning
charge of $100 will be assessed if returned extremely dirty.

D.O.T. Driver requirement for rental of water trucks (CDL
required).
Rates
quoted are for minimum 8 hour day,
40 hour week and 176 hour month.
Additional
hours accumulated will be billed accordingly.
All units subject to availability. Rates do not include
sales tax or insurance coverage, or freight.

(not rent-to-own - see below for rent to own options).
This program is for short term rentals...day,
week or month. Units rented are not for sale.
Rates do not include applicable taxes or insurance.
