The cost for all technical training classes is $425/person, per day.
If the training instructor is required to travel to a customer facility or to a location that is not his primary work site, additional travel expenses will be added. This additional amount will reflect the actual money spent.
NOTE: We require a minimum of four (4) students for our technical training classes. Class can be conducted for less than four (4) people if necessary, however, the minimum fee per day is $1,700 ($425 x 4), whether there is one (1) student or there are four (4) students.
We will work with all customers to recruit additional students from other companies to assist in meeting the four (4) participant minimum requirement.

The cost for all operator training classes is $575/person, per day. There is a 3 person per class maximum.
If the training instructor is required to travel to a customer facility or to a location that is not his primary work site, additional travel expenses will be added. This additional amount will reflect the actual money spent for hotel and meals.
Technical and Operator Training
Please be advised, we charge a *$200 cancellation fee for any cancellations at any time after this form is signed and returned. This is due to the required Dealer Performance Center subscription (DPC) that we must purchase from Caterpillar at the time of enrollment. You will have use of this subscription for one year even if your enrollment in our course is cancelled. *The $200 fee will not apply if there is already a DPC subscription in place at the time of enrollment. There is a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations within 5 business days of the date of attendance.
You always have the option to send another qualified person in place of the person who cannot attend. Please notify our Training Coordinator about this replacement as soon as you are aware of the change.
Staff Development Classes
The cost for staff development training is $150/person for a four (4) hour class and $250/person for an eight (8) hour class. This pricing is for training that is coordinated Monday – Friday,7:00 am – 5:00 pm. Classes conducted in the evenings or on Saturdays are $300/person.
NOTE: We require a minimum of six (6) students for staff development courses. This includes classes being held in the evenings and on weekends. Please contact us if you have special needs.
Please use our electronic enrollment form to enroll in any of our classes. This is provided by Boni Beckwith our Training Coordinator. It is especially important that contact information is listed on this form in the event the class schedule changes.
A “class reminder” will be sent to all students (or to the contact person) the week before the actual scheduled class date.
